Monorail Moving Systems
GTA Monorail Moving Systems are pushing- or pulling devices for monorails. Their braking elements generate the necessary retention force by form fit. The pushing- and pulling forces of max. 60 kN are generated by one or two hydraulic driving cylinders. By form fit the transmission of forces is guaranteed and is not depending on the condition of the surface of the rail (e.g. dirty, humid, greasy).
Monorail Ram System
The Monorail Ram System for use on overhead I 140 E rails is deployed for transporting mobile loads suspended from the rail such as dedusters, power supply trains and backfilling systems.
Advantages:
- Travels on standard I 140 E rails or GTA rails
- High pushing force (60 kN) even on damp or greasy rails
- High travel safety as one bracket trolley is always in the brake position
- Robust design suitable for mining applications
Push-Pull Unit 2007
The Push-Pull Unit 2007 was developed for moving drilling and work platforms, multifunctional baksets and swivelling platforms, support-setting devices and custom machines on overhead I 140 rails.
Advantages:
- Deployable on standard I 140 E rails or GTA rails
- High pushing force (60 kN) even on damp or greasy rails
- High travel safety as one bracket trolley is always in the brake position
- Robust design suitable for mining applications
Push-Pull Unit 3430 (60 kN)
The Push-Pull Unit 3430 (60 kN) was developed for integration in roadway support machines, drilling units and custom machines. It is used to drive the relevant machine back and forth along an overhead monorail track.
Advantages:
- Deployable on standard I 140 E rails or GTA rails
- High pushing force (60 kN) even on damp or greasy rails
- High safety level as one bracket trolley is always in the brake position
- Robust design suitable for mining applications

Push-Pull Unit 3430 (90 kN)
The Push-Pull Unit 3430 (90 kN) was developed for integration in roadway support machines, drilling units and custom machines. It has a pulling force of 90 kN, thus allowing the machines to be used in conjunction with gradients of 20 gon and more. The rate of travel is 4 m/min.
Advantages:
- Deployable with gradients of 20 gon and more (only in conjunction with GTA rails)
- High pushing force (60 kN) even on damp or greasy rails
- High safety level as one bracket trolley is always in the brake position
- Robust design suitable for mining applications
